Kelpia Monthly Subscriber Giveaway – Official Rules
1. Organiser. Milita Misiūtė (self-employed), trading as Kelpia, Švitrigailos g. 11k-109, LT-03223 Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact: hello@kelpia.eu.
2. No purchase necessary. Entry is free. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
3. Who can enter. People aged 18 or over (or the age of majority where they live, if higher) who live in a country Kelpia ships to: the United Kingdom, the United States, and Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Sweden and Ukraine. Residents of Italy and Portugal cannot enter. The organiser and her household cannot enter. Void where prohibited.
4. How it runs. There is one draw every calendar month. Each monthly entry period starts at 00:00 UK time on the 1st and closes at 23:59 UK time on the last day of the month. The giveaway runs until further notice; we will give at least 30 days' notice on this page before it ends.
5. How to enter. Sign up to the Kelpia email newsletter through the pop-up form on kelpia.co.uk or kelpia.eu.
Everyone who is subscribed when a monthly entry period closes, including existing subscribers, is entered automatically into that month's draw. Signing up is free.
One entry per person per month, even if you subscribe with more than one email address. Automated, bulk or fake entries do not count.
6. Prize. One winner each month receives one Kelpia scrunchie in a design of their choice (approximate retail value €19.99 / £18 / $23), shipped free. No cash alternative. If a design is unavailable, the winner can choose another.
7. Winner selection and odds. The winner is drawn at random by the 3rd of the following month from all eligible entries. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries that month. A winner is not entered into the next two monthly draws and is automatically entered again from the third month (for example, a January winner skips February and March and is back in for April).
8. Notification. We will email the winner within 2 days of the draw, so please check your spam folder. The winner must reply within 7 days with their full name, a delivery address in an eligible country and their chosen design. If they do not reply within 7 days, they lose the prize and we will draw another winner at random. If they reply without choosing a design, we will choose one for them. Delivery normally takes 5 to 27 business days depending on the country. Any local import charges are the winner's responsibility where they apply.
9. Winners. We will share each winner's first name and country in our newsletter or on social media, so everyone can see the draw really took place. If you win and would rather we didn't, just tell us when you reply.
10. Your data. Entry details are used only to run the giveaway and, for subscribers, to send Kelpia emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email; you will then not be entered into future draws. Details: Privacy Policy.
11. Changes and disqualification. We may disqualify entries that break these rules. We will only change or cancel a draw for reasons outside our control, and will post any change here. This giveaway is not connected to Instagram, TikTok or Meta.
12. Law. These rules are governed by the law of Lithuania. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
